Success notification of 31 more candidates released

The candidates belong to PML-N, PPP and MQM Pakistan

 The Election Commission of Pakistan has issued a notification declaring 31 more candidates of the National Assembly as successful. 

According to the notification issued by the Election Commission, Mukhtar Ahmed Malik has been declared successful from NA-82 Sargodha, while Ghulam Muhammad has been declared successful from NA-93 Chiniot, Qaiser Ahmed Sheikh has been successful from NA-94 Chiniot, NA-98. 

The notification of Chaudhry Muhammad Shahbaz Babar from Faisalabad has been released, Shazra Mansab Ali Khan Kharl from NA 112 Nankana Sahib, Rana Mubasher Iqbal from NA 124 Lahore has been declared successful, Muhammad Afzal has been successful from NA 125 Lahore, NA 126 Lahore. 

Saiful Mulok Khokar, Mian Muhammad Azhar from NA 129 Lahore was notified of success and Syed Imran Ahmed Shah was declared successful from NA 141 Sahiwal.

It has been reported that the notification of successful candidates has been issued in 21 constituencies of the National Assembly from Karachi under which PPK Jam Abdul Kareem has been declared successful from NA 229 Karachi, PPK Syed Rafiqullah from NA 230 Karachi, Abdul Hakeem Baloch of PP from NA-231 Karachi, Asia Ishaq of MQM from NA-232 Karachi, Mohammad Javed Hanif Khan of MQM from NA-233 Karachi are among those declared successful.

Similarly, Muhammad Moin Amir of MQM was declared successful from NA-234 Karachi, Muhammad Iqbal Khan of MQM from NA-235 Karachi, Hasan Shabbir of MQM from NA-236 Karachi, Asad Alam of PPK from NA-237 Karachi. 

Niazi, NA 239 Karachi to PPK Nabil Gabol, NA 240 Karachi to MQM Arshad Abdullah Wahra, NA 241 Karachi to PPK Mirza Akhtiyar Baig, NA 242 Karachi to MQM Mustafa Kamal, NA 243 Karachi PPK Abdul Qadir Patel, NA 244 Karachi to MQM Farooq Sattar, NA A245 from Karachi Syed Hafizuddin of MQM, NA246 from Karachi MQM Aminul Haq, NA247 from Karachi MQM Khawaja Izharul Hasan, NA248 from Karachi MQM Khalid Muqoob Siddiqui, NA249 from Karachi MQM Ahmed Salim Siddiqui, NA250 from Karachi MQM Farhan Chishti have been declared successful.

Apart from this, the Election Commission has issued the notification of the success of the candidates on the three seats of Islamabad. While the notification of the success of Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, the League candidate from NA-47, was also issued.

It is learned that the notification of success on the seats of the federal capital Islamabad was challenged, Shoaib Shaheen, the PTI-backed candidate of NA-47 Islamabad, approached the Islamabad High Court where he challenged the PML-N candidate Tariq Fazal. 

The notification of Chaudhry's victory has been challenged, Shoaib Shaheen requested the Election Commission's notification to be nullified in the petition.

Similarly, PTI-backed independent candidate of NA-48, Ali Bukhari, also reached the Islamabad High Court, where he challenged the notification of the success of NA-48 candidate Raja Khurram and the Election Commission's notification of the successful candidate of NA-48. 

Ali Bukhari, speaking to the media on this occasion, said that the Election Commission issued the notification without listening to us, request legal action against everyone including the RO.
