Chief Justice Saeed Akram remarked that the title of the appeal is incorrect, as it states that Tanveer Ilyas is the Prime Minister. If he is the Prime Minister, then why is there a need to file an appeal? The correctness of the decision will be discussed later.

The Chief Justice asked to file the appeal again and said that they will see. On the other hand, after the disqualification of Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, Senior Minister Khawaja Farooq became the Acting Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir. Until the selection of a new Prime Minister, Khawaja Farooq will perform the duties of Acting Prime Minister.
