The Lahore High Court has revoked the order to stop the police and the FIA from taking action against Imran Khan. According to details, a hearing was held in Lahore High Court regarding the cases against Imran Khan, where Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh heard the case. The FIA and the police presented the details of the cases, and now the order of abstention cannot be maintained.

The court has also stopped NAB and anti-corruption authorities from arresting Imran Khan, and inquired about the reports related to the cases and inquiries. During the hearing, there was also a bitter exchange between NAB prosecutor and advocate Azhar Siddique, where the NAB prosecutor said that he cannot provide a copy of the article they are discussing. Advocate Azhar Siddique said that he wants to keep the cases of Maulana Abdul Sattar Niazi and Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi, and the court has also asked for the record of cases related to anti-corruption.

The court asked if a response has been received from the anti-corruption authorities, to which the government lawyer replied that the anti-corruption is a provincial institution. Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh inquired why the record was not being presented by the government lawyer, to which the lawyer said that there is no malice on our part, and that he had written a letter to NAB on February 17 to provide a list of NAB cases against Imran Khan. Advocate Azhar Siddique took a stance in the court, saying that this is NAB's malice, and it is our right to know how many cases there are against Imran Khan in NAB.

The court has ordered the NAB lawyer to provide details regarding the cases on March 24th. It should be noted that Lahore High Court had ordered to submit details regarding cases against Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, the previous day. The court remarked to gather the details in two days and provide relief to the petitioner. Government lawyers should appear in court with a sworn statement.
