Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has received advice to relocate from Zaman Park to either Azad Kashmir or Gilgit-Baltistan for safety reasons, but has declined the offer. Despite concerns for his safety, Khan has made the decision to stay in Zaman Park, stating that he will not be intimidated by those who wish to harm him.
Khan has called for a rally in Lahore to promote freedom and justice, but over 1,000 PTI workers have been arrested in an attempt to prevent the gathering. Despite these efforts, Khan has expressed his determination to proceed with the rally, stating that justice is a fundamental requirement of a nation and it is through justice that a nation becomes free.

Khan has also criticized the Election Commission's handling of the upcoming elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, claiming that the Commission's lack of funds is merely an excuse for delaying the elections. He has called for the elections to be held on October 8th as scheduled, questioning who will guarantee that the elections will take place and who will make the decision. Khan has warned against the potential consequences of allowing the murder of the constitution, citing past instances where the delay of elections led to the rise of tyranny.
