According to the order, three members of the bench have differing opinions from Justice Aminuddin's position.

The order states that Justice Aminuddin has apologized for not continuing with the hearing in the light of his decision.

The order also states that the hearing can be continued according to the opinions of Chief Justice, Justice Ajaz, and Justice Manzoor.

Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail's opinion was not included in the Supreme Court's order regarding whether to continue with the hearing or not.

The 4-member bench was supposed to conduct the hearing after the 5-member bench hearing the Election Disqualification case had broken down. Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandial had to conduct the hearing with the remaining 3 judges, including Justice Ejaz ul Hassan, Justice Munib Akhtar, and Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail.

After Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail separated from the bench, the remaining bench now consists of Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandial, Justice Ejaz ul Hassan, and Justice Munib Akhtar.
