Before assuming his role as CEO, Dr. Mansour served as Group Chief Technical Officer at Ora Developers, the parent company behind Eighteen, where he managed major real estate and hospitality ventures across several international markets.
Dr. Mansour holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and advanced degrees from the American University in Cairo, reflecting a strong academic foundation that complements his industry expertise.
