In view, Qasim Suri's disqualification and the issue of re-election in his constituency have now become ineffective', in response to which Lashkari Raisani's lawyer said that 'Qasim Suri remained in office illegally. , privileges and benefits should be returned to them'.

On this occasion, the Chief Justice asked Naeem Bukhari, "Do you agree with this?" If you agree then the decision of Balochistan High Court will stand", to this Naeem Bukhari replied that "Election Tribunal had said that Qasim Suri did not do any corrupt practice".

The Chief Justice asked Naeem Bukhari that 'When did Qasim Suri resign?' Were you staying? He will have to face the consequences of violation.

Justice Qazi Faiz said that 'the hands that have penetrated inside the Supreme Court, which cases are to be appointed and which are to be stopped, this series will end now. Gee, now there will be no more Supreme Court, the destruction of the Supreme Court is the destruction of me, you and the people, it is not only my institution.

On this occasion, Naeem Bukhari spoke to the Chief Justice saying, 'Are you angry with me or with the system?', to which the Chief Justice replied, 'We are admitting that there has been manipulation from within the Supreme Court.
