Founder PTI two bail applications filed, bail to be granted till final decision of case, stand in application
Founder PTI Imran Khan approached the Islamabad High Court to annul the decision of the Accountability Court in the Tosha Khana and Al-Qadir Trust case and seek bail. Bail should be granted until the accountability court rejected the bail in both the cases after the arrest.
Chairman NAB, DG NAB, investigation officer have been made parties in the petition. The position has also been adopted in the petition that former Chairman NAB Aftab Sultan refused to file political cases despite pressure, the cases filed against me are based on political revenge and malice.
It should be noted that at the last hearing, the court had declared the petitions of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder Imran Khan admissible against the 190 million pound case and the jail trial in the Tosha Khana reference.
Islamabad High Court had also issued notices to the parties on petitions against jail trial in NAB cases of founder PTI, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir had also issued notices to Secretary Home and sought their response. .
