In a message, Hamad Azhar said that the Lahore High Court closed the door for me to contest the election, now I will participate in the election with Imran Khan. 

In his response to X, he said that contrary to its own decisions, the Lahore High Court closed the door for me to contest the elections.

I am proud that I served in the Assembly and the Ministry with honesty and sincerity.

He said that Inshallah I will participate in the elections along with my leader Imran Khan and work as a worker for the party. It should be remembered that the Lahore High Court has disqualified the important leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, including former Prime Minister Imran Khan, from contesting the elections. 

The court upheld objections to nomination papers of PTI founder chairman Imran Khan from NA 122 and NA 89.

The court rejected the petition of former chairman PTI to restore nomination papers from both constituencies. 

Apart from this, the court declared Fawad Chaudhry, Hiba Fawad, Hamad Azhar and Parvez Elahi ineligible to contest the election. While the Lahore High Court issued a decision on the petition against the rejection of Sanam Javed's nomination papers. 

The court dismissed the petition against rejection of nomination papers.
