Copies of the challan were distributed to the accused, the hearing of the cipher case in Adiala jail was adjourned till December 12.
The hearing of cipher case against Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and vice-chairman PTI and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi was held in Adiala Jail. During the hearing, PTI leader Imran Khan and former foreign minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi were present in the court room. Under the Official Secrets Act, Special Court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain heard the cipher case against Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Adiala Jail.
During the previous hearing, media representatives and public were not allowed to enter, while PTI Chairman's wife Bushra Bibi, sisters and Shah Mahmood's family were also present in the courtroom. Special Court Judge Abul Hassanat Zulqarnain adjourned the hearing till December 4. had done

The court distributed the copies of the challan to the accused, the hearing of the cipher case in Adiala Jail was adjourned till December 12. During the last long hearing, the Ministry of Law submitted the Notification Official Secret Act in the court. In the Official Secrets Act, the special court had decided to distribute copies to Imran Khan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi on December 4. Special court judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain issued a written order for the cipher case in Adiala Jail, said in the written order. As the public and media were present during the court proceedings, Section 352 of the CrPC was implemented in full.
The written order said that former Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were allowed to speak in the presence of the media. The case was fixed for the attendance of TI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. The order said that there were to be arguments on the application of the former chairman of PTI under Article 10A. .
