The big Decision by the Lion of Karachi, The Heart of Realtors, Chairman All Karachi Realtors Association Syed Kashif Shah at DEFCLERA Secretariat 

 The arrival of the delegation of All Karachi Realtors Association to the DEFCLERA Secretariat and meeting with other officials including President Bhai Johar Iqbal and assuring cooperation with each other on matters of mutual affairs. Bhai Kamran Nazir President Federal B Area, Bhai Sheikh Faisal Chairman Teysar Town, Bhai Amir Sheikh Vice Chairman Sarjani Town, Bhai Farqan Shahenshah Chairman Gulistan Johar, Bhai Munir Ahmed Chairman Bafzoon Shadman and other officials included in the delegation of All Karachi Realtors Association. 

It was agreed to set up a coordination committee among all the associations across the city so that all the associations can be kept informed of the changing situation from time to time. Apart from this, it was also agreed to form a law and order committee at the entire Karachi level. All Karachi Realtors Association, God willing, will soon make efforts to establish committees to improve regular real estate coordination and working relationship in the institutions, which will facilitate the business difficulties faced by the realtors across the city. The meeting between All Karachi Realtors Association and DEFCLERA will be a milestone for the initiatives taken for the betterment of the realtors of the city of Karachi.
