On this occasion, the role of real estate associations for realtors across the country, especially at the level of Karachi, and the urgent need for a realtors council were emphasized. A number of topics of mutual interest were discussed, including medical, educational and recreational facilities for the members, housing needs and making plans for a better future.

The services of All Karachi Realtors Association and Federation of Realtors Pakistan for the realtors community and future mill work were also discussed.
