The Supreme Court allowed PTI leader Sanaullah Mastikhel to contest the elections

The Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission to include Sanaullah Mastikhel's name in the ballot papers

Supreme Court allowed PTI leader Sanaullah Mastikhel to contest election from NA-91 Bhakkar. Officials of the Election Commission said that the ballot papers are ready for printing. 

The lawyer informed the court that the name of Sanaullah Mastikhel was included in the initial list and the election mark had also been found. The court annulled the decision of the Lahore High Court Multan Bench. .

The Supreme Court ordered the Election Commission to include the name of Sanaullah Mastikhel in the ballot papers. 

The President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Chief Minister of Punjab Pervez Elahi has filed an appeal in the Supreme Court to participate in the election. The decision of 2024 should be annulled.

In his application filed by Parvez Elahi, it is said that my nomination papers were rejected based on the objections of the candidate Muhammad Salim. An objection was raised against me that I have shares in Lahore Modern Flour Mills. 

The alleged flour mills are not only inactive but also no bank account has been opened in its name. Given that I have never purchased shares of this flour mill and non-active flour mill is not an asset. 

I cannot be prevented from contesting elections based on this flour mill. It is a settled principle that not every non-disclosing asset can be disqualified. It is important to examine the intention behind the non-disclosure of any asset.
