Imran Khan challenged the appointment of government lawyers Safai in the cipher case

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Imran Khan challenged the appointment of government lawyers Safai in the cipher case. According to the details, the founder chairman Tehreek-e-Insaaf has filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court through his lawyers, in which it has been requested that the court's order of January 26 in the cipher case should be annulled, made after the appointment of government lawyers. The proceedings should also be declared null and void.

In this regard, PTI leader Barrister Gohar has said that he has seen the murder of justice in front of his eyes in Adiala Jail, where the judicial proceedings in fake cases against Imran Khan are being conducted completely contrary to the requirements of law and justice, although the judges Regardless of the nature of the charges in any case, the judicial proceedings are bound to be conducted in the light of the basic constitutional requirement of a fair hearing.

In one of his statements, he said that it is the responsibility of the judges to maintain the minimum standards of transparency and justice in such a sensitive case, providing the most popular political leader of the country is a matter of justice, so the Chief Justice is requested to do so. 

Take sua sponte notice of the matter and arrange to remedy the serious distortion in the matter of fair hearing, we will however challenge today's judicial proceedings before the Supreme Court.

Barrister Gauhar said that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court is expected to schedule our petition for urgent hearing and to hear it with an open heart, as far as the case of those who are in the name of the most popular leader of the nation is concerned. 

But if they are busy drawing lines, then they should remember that Allah Almighty will not allow the honor of the leader of the nation to be erased.
